The WinGMAT online video, math preparation course:
Revolutionizing standardized test preparation
A top GMAT test score: Your key to future career success
If you want to score in the top percentile in the GMAT exam and see the doors to top business schools open for you, you must succeed in the quantitative section of the GMAT. The GMAT is a standardized test, and therefore, only a limited number of math topics appear in the actual test. But the complexity of the problems in the GMAT math exam make studying before the test date almost a necessity for everyone. Our WinGMAT video courses make studying for the GMAT math test fun and easy, which helps you to stay committed to studying systematically and frequently.
The WinGMAT method: high quality education through audio-visual learning at affordable cost, no matter where you live
Our test prep course is taught through a unique, viewer-friendly, online-enabled video course. We offer high quality learning materials for serious students who want to improve their Math scores. www.WinGMAT.com is an affiliate of www.wineducationservice.com
Video technology is advancing in huge strides and has opened up revolutionary ways of learning. WinGMAT audio-visual learning allows a student to study GMAT required math by watching online videos on specific math topics carefully designed by highly qualified math and GMAT experts and produced for easy, repeated online access with the help of superior, technological tools.
The WinGMAT method: Study as often and as much as you want
Students can watch the videos over and over until they’re confident in their newly learned skills and, what’s best, they can revise lessons on specific math areas by reviewing the video lessons of their choice as many times as they want.
The WinGMAT method: a scientific learning method that lets you memorize more and faster
We think learning through videos is a scientifically optimal way of learning. Because the WinGMAT online video courses allow you to simultaneously watch on screen as a math problem is being solved and also listen to the voice or the audio how it is solved, your brain can retain the demonstrated material better than through silent book review. By using both the aural and visual sense of our brain, we store the newly learned concepts in two different places of the brain. Since the learning occurred simultaneously, the data stored in the two different parts of the brain links together, thus making memory retention and the recalling of information faster and easier.
The WinGMATmethod: audio-visual learning can be better than classroom learning
We believe that audio-visual learning rivals classroom learning in terms of efficiency and retention. Today, many successful executives depend on online, audio-visual courses to advance their training and education. While audio-visual learning may not be as interactive as the classroom learning, today’s overcrowded and GMAT prep classes leave many students with a slower learning speed behind. The WinGMAT video learning course gives the user all the individual flexibility he or she wants for determining the amount, scheduling and speed of learning needed. Every Win GMAT student can review his or her WinGMAT video course lessons as many times as he or she wants, until completely mastering the topic. A classroom setting, by contrast, mostly offers students just one chance to listen and memorize.
How WinGMAT helps you succeed step by step
Step 1: Know the Basics of the GMAT Exam
Whatever you need to know about the format, time or types of questions asked on the GMAT, the WinGMAT course and our website can explain and answer all GMAT-related questions. We’ll give you relevant information on the quantitative sections of the test, what topics are tested, and how questions are presented and posed. We’ll tell you how much time you should spend on each problem, and explain all the aspects of computer adaptive tests. If you have additional question, please email us or call us at 1.800.706.9420.
When you’re ready to dive in, choose the WinGMAT course plan that’s right for you and go the next step below.
Step 2: Master the GMAT Math
Once you know what you want, you take the most important step of familiarizing yourself with basic math. The lesson section of our GMAT math course gives you a complete overview of different topics in Math. We have developed one lesson for every important topic of GMAT Math. The whole course is logically divided in three broad sections: Arithmetic, Algebra, and Geometry. We recommend following g the sequences outlined in the course. The importance and frequency of questions within a specific topic in the GMAT test is explained in the lesson videos. No serious test taker who intends to apply to an Ivy League business school and an MBA course in a top ranked university can afford not to review every topic provided in this online course.
Step 3: Practice Example and Exercise problems
After reviewing the lesson on a particular topic (say ratio & proportion under the arithmetic section), you should try solving example and exercise problems. Practice, practice, and more practice are the key. Initially you should try solving problems independently, without help, but if you need to do so, you can always rely on the video solution to particular questions you’re having trouble with. But try not to rely on the video links by simply viewing the solutions. The questions provided in the example and exercise sections accurately reflect all the standard questions in the GMAT exam. The initial questions are slightly easier than the later questions. For example, problem #9 will be more difficult than problem #2. Keep working through all the topics until you have covered every section of the course.
Step 4: Simulate taking the Real GMAT test through our Practice GMAT Test
Knowing the math basics and practicing sample math questions is necessary, but it’s not sufficient to score in the top percentile of the GMAT test. All standardized tests have a very set format and profile, we call it test personality, and you must become comfortable with it before you take the real GMAT test. We have designed three model tests that provide you as close to actual test questions as you’ll find anywhere, alongside individual time limits for answering them. Your score in these model tests should indicate the score you are likely to get in the real exam. If you think you need additional preparation tests, please contact us, and we will provide you with more tests. Alternatively, thanks to your WinGMAT course flexibility, you can review each lesson, as well as example and exercise problems to improve your skills before the real GMAT test.
